The Survey Association known generally as TSA, is the trade body for commercial survey companies in the UK. The role of TSA is to promote best practice amongst its members, provide a forum for members discussion, continuing professional development, provide guidance on new methods/techniques and a list of suitably qualified and experienced companies.
Continuing Company Development Scheme Member
Dando Surveying Ltd voluntarily participate in The Survey Association 'Continuing Company Development (CCD) Scheme.' The TSA introduced this scheme for Full & Associate Members to encourage members to continually educate and develop both their staff and their organisation.

The SMAS Worksafe Scheme is a national health and safety scheme used by many leading House Builders and Construction companies across the industry and is a member of the Safety Scheme in Procurement (SSIP) Forum, which is actively supported by the HSE.
The HSE recognise that an assessment carried out by any of the member schemes satisfies the requirements of the Core Criteria. Any client wishing to procure the services of a business which has achieved accreditation can be confident that a reasonable and robust judgement has been made that the standard for competency in CDM 2007 has been met, for the first stage of procurement.
CQMS is a Registered Member of the Safety Schemes In Procurement Forum (SSIP), which means the assessment process for CDM Stage 1 pre-qualification has been successfully audited, confirming compliance with the CDM 2007 Approved Code of Practice (Appendix 4).
MD Safety Management uses the HSG65 Managing for Health & Safety approach as it promotes the simple message that organisations need to manage Health & Safety with the same degree of expertise and the same standards as other core business activities. MD Safety Management are safety advisers to and recommended by The Survey Association, the trade body for commercial survey organisations in the UK.
