As-Constructed & As-Built Surveys

 

Dando Surveying Ltd is highly experienced in producing As-Built and As-Constructed surveys for a vast variety of projects. 

We work with Developers and Councils supplying, often complex and complicated coloured road adoption survey plans, that comply with sections 38, 104 and 278 of the Road Adoption Agreement Guidelines. We also provide As-Built survey plans for the confirmation that newly constructed buildings comply with any planning restrictions/guidelines agreed before construction.

In addition, Dando Surveying Ltd offer location and identification of newly installed site services, Gas Water & Power etc. for utility company adoption. This service can be standalone or the survey results linked to our utility detection service (see our section Underground Surveys and Utilities) as well as Environment Agency compliant sewer and storm water drainage surveys upon completion of a build.

Dando Surveying Ltd, can also provide mid-construction setting out services for location, dimension and positioning of such items as steelwork, road kerbs and bitumen levels etc.
