We take our Health & Safety responsibilities seriously for our employees, employees of companies we work alongside and the general public.
All our staff have job specific training given, in-house. Our staff also hold the appropriate Health & Safety Qualifications for their practice, to include:-

British Red Cross – First Aid.
►
Construction Skills – Health & Safety Examination (CSCS Card)
►
Asbestos Awareness – In accordance with Reg 10 (Control of Asbestos 2012)
►
Manual Handling & Lifting Certificate – Level 2.
►
Street Works Register – Street Works Unit 2 or Supervisor Level 10.
►
DBS Check.
In addition, the Health & Safety practices of Dando Surveying Ltd are externally audited each year by MD Safety Management Ltd to ensure we comply with the lastest Health & Safety requirements. We also hold a Consultant, Worksafe Membership Certificate. The process is undertaken in accordance with:-

Provide adequate control of the health & safety risks arising from our work activities.

Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety.
►
Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment.
►
Ensure safe handling and use of substances.
►
Provide information, instruction and supervision for employees.
►
Ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks & give them adequate training.
►
Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health.
►
Maintain safe and healthy working conditions.
►
Review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.
